Booking terms

When you have receveid the confirmation of your reservation, make sure that all the particulars are right. If you want to emend something, call our sales service +358 (0)2 - 515 3300 or send us e-mail turkuplus@ukkopekka.fi. Otherwise we assume that the reservation is in order. Our prices are based on the number of participants set in the original reservation or, at the latest, 48 hours before the event.

Reservation is conclusive, so it must be cancelled at the latest 2 days before, if it  doesn't come true.
